The first blog of the year is sweet, in hopes that the entire year will stay sweet too. 🙂 I love cute little desserts, so I've decided to bake mini cupcakes with a vanilla flavored topping. Because they came out so splendidly I am sharing them with you. I made the mix following the Rainbow Muffins recipe, because it gives a really light and fluffy sponge.
