Za to izjemno okusno, a hitro in enostavno pripravljeno sladico boste potrebovali: 250 g masla 300 g moke 1 jajce 1 vanilin sladkor ali ščepec naribane vanilije 1 čajna žlička pecilnega praška 100 g sladkorja Za nadev pa po želji, lahko uporabite jabolka, skuto, borovnice, jagode... Jaz sem tokrat za nadev uporabila domače jagode in borovnice, dodala pa sem še eno naribano jabolko. Vse skupaj sem zmešala in sladkala z žlico sladkorja ter začinila s cimetom (ščepec). Testo pripravite čisto preprosto - zgnetete vse sestavine skupaj. Maslo naj bo segreto na sobno temperaturo, za lažje gnetenje.
