Have you ever thought about how many colors is too much and how many is just right?
Well, three is again your lucky number.
Today’s outfit is a proof of that. I’m wearing exactly three colors (some in different shades) and it looks perfect. I used green, brown and burgundy. Now, imagine that I have the fourth color somewhere, for example – blue scarf? Nah, thanks.
I like the subtle matching of my tights and bag, and also how the shoes in a little darker shade match my coat. Details like my brooch, ring and earrings are gold, so they match my long brown pullover.
Of course there are examples of 4 or even more colors in one outfit, and it also looks good, but if you’re not sure, take three. You can’t go wrong.
