A few weeks ago my mom and I went to the furniture store and just out of curiosity took a look at the living room section. It was about time we renovated the living room in our house. A simple, yet elegant white living room caught our eye in the store. I was convinced by the ribbed design on the cupboards doors, it perfected the piece and made it look wholesome. Because we have a green sofa at home, I saw that this furniture is perfect for us. Of course we didn’t want to miss our chance, so we bought it. 🙂
Before we set it up we had to paint our walls. We used to have light yellow walls and now we went for a bit more oker pastel. The difference is minimal, but I think this new colour is very calming and pleasant. Then we put the furniture together and decided on the arrangement you can see on the photos below. We are very satisfied with the result, I really love the symmetry of the composition.
We are waiting for the perfect mini living room table, and I am already searching for ideas for a big acrylic painting to hang on the wall near the sofa. 🙂
