In August half of my family celebrates their birthday. My dad and my little sister have their birthdays just five days apart, and guess who is in charge every year to bake cakes for them? Me!
In this blogpost I wanted to share with you the their two super delicious cakes. The first one was dad’s, he wanted me to make it taste exotic, so I put melon and mango in and I watered it with a pineapple juice. The dressing tasted like lemons and all those tastes together really made an exotic fruit cake.
My sister has also chosen a fruit cake filled with peaches and blueberries. I decorated it with cacao creme, almonds and rum-coconut balls.
The cakes were really delicious and we ate them down to the last crumbs.
