Who says that two patterns can’t coexist in an outfit?
This year’s fashion calls for more boldness than ever before. Today’s outfit proves that you can easily match two opposite patterns – a brown chequerboard pattern and black polkadots on a white background. The secret for combining different pattern successfully is to make sure that one is visibly smaller than the other. I picked out pants with a tiny chequer pattern and a dotted shirt with big dots, and the final result is more than tasteful.
I wanted to bring the styling up to a new level and push the boundaries of elegance and a sporty style. This year you can easily combine elegant pants and a sports jacket or shiny sneakers. Spring is a time for creativity, so let your mind go free – like I did. 🙂
