During the last few weeks I’ve been enjoying a new cosmetics line available in Slovenia – Dr. Organic. I like how the creators find passion in nature, they say that the path to health and well-being starts with using makeup that is as natural and organic as the food we eat.
The lineup caught my eye because it doesn’t contain harmful ingredients – parabens, petroleum, phthalates, synthetic coloring, silicone, and is DEA, BHT free.
I’ve already found some of my Dr. Ogranic favorites. The Tea Tree Shampoo smells really nice, it reminds me of menthol candy from my childhood. After using it my hair is clean, moisturized, soft and nourished, and they smell refreshing. It takes good care of the scalp, too.
The second product that found its way into my heart is the Aloe Vera deodorant. I’m obsessed with natural deodorants that don’t harm the body and that actually work. It has a fresh citrus scent, and is effective the entire day.
As a lover of face-oils I could not pass up the Moroccan Argan oil. In the winter time I like to mix it right into my liquid foundation. It makes my skin have a healthy glow and protects it from a tight and dry look. Currently I’m testing out the day and night cream from the coconut line, and the first impressions are great! They nourish, protect and care for the skin.
