This is a recipe for the simplest and extra tasty summer treat that I could eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have both ingredients frozen, you’ll be able to finish this dessert so quickly, that going to the store for a bar of chocolate would take longer.
BANANA ICE CREAM
serves four
– 6 bananas
– 1 cup of greek yoghurt
– cinnamon by taste
Steps:
Chunk up the bananas and put them in the freezer for a couple of hours. Freeze the yoghurt too. Then mix everything together with a powerful mixer and pour the mixture into a bowl. Put some chocolate sprinkles on top, put it in the freezer for another hour, and you’re done.
*Tip: in case you don’t eat yoghurt, you can get a very good ice cream just from frozen bananas.
