teaspoon of baking soda OR a packet baking powder
1,25 dl milk
100g dark chocolates
Mix the egg yolks, sugar, butter and milk into a foamy mixture. Separately, stir the baking soda or baking powder into the flour, then mix both bowls into a larger one. Split the mixture into two parts and add melted dark chocolate into one part, and a teaspoon of ground vanilla into the other one. Spread some butter and ground nuts into the baking mold, so the cake won’t stick. Pour the chocolate and vanilla mixture into the mold, one after the other, then use the handle of a spoon to ease one into the other. This will create a marble texture. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
